Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Sign and Seal reserves the right to withdraw and cancel services if we believe the transaction you initiate represents fraudulent transactions in any manner.
• Sign and Seal reserves the right to deny services for any reason the notary on duty determines appropriate.
• The signer must be present at the time of service.
• The signer's legal identification is required at the time of service.  
• Sign and Seals will not condone or participate in unlawful behavior or actions, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
